I focus on helping clients with healing from past traumas, navigating life’s transitions, women’s issues, and navigating various chronic mental health conditions to improve their daily lives. I implement a variety of client centered, mindfulness based approaches, EMDR, somatic work, and CBT/DBT skills based interventions to help my clients navigate work through the obstacles in their life path.
